Third Party packagers
An interesting phenomena of the structured method of RPM creation, the
maturization of the Open Source movement's scope of coverage at
the ISO application layer and on down, and the prevasiveness of
internet connectivity and inexpensive large capacity hardware, is that
a 'lone' packager or small developer group can create a complete
'Distribution', or flesh out niche vertical market collections.
In no particular order we are aware of:

Independent packaging collectives
Also interesting is the emergence of groups of packagers uniting for
lots of good reasons - common packaging techniques, shared QA, enhanced
scalability of scope of coverage, and (hopefully) intra-repository
binary compatability within a target upstream or local Distribution.
